Finally after being hardstuck plat 3 the whole way i hit diamond ;-;

I need help with this i play against diamonds and i win usually and even go on a 5 win streak and loose once and do it again with another 5 win streak or more and i still gain 23-29 sr im solo queue what am i doing wrong what could i improve to get more sr ?? I was d3 in mw3 and i stopped playing ranked completely until this season
