Help with possible weeds in a bed

I'm trying to get some flowers growing in this section of bed and sowed a load of corn flowers and some other types, but there are some existing plants and weeds that seem to be coming up instead.

Pic 1 is the bed itself, I want to get the flowers growing in the bottom middle bit for bees and pollinators.

Pic 2 is a weed that seems to be spreading everywhere, does anyone know what it is and how to deal with it?

Pic 3 is another plant that is in a few places in the garden, is it some form of Lily or gourd flower or something that will flower?

EDIT: Thanks everyone, I pulled up the Bracken and the Hairy Bittercress (I left some Bittercress on the other sides of the lawn as if it's good for pollinators I don't want to completely remove it even if it means a lot of weeding), have lightly scattered a load of compost over the bed but not so thick it'll squish my seedlings if they are surviving still.

I'll repeat as it settles in, to try and make the soil a bit richer.

Am going to buy some ground coffee and fish my cafetiere out so I can use the grounds to hopefully keep the slugs and snails off the Hostas.

Roof rack for bikes

I've got myself a 17 plate ST3 five door and want to get some roof bars etc so I can carry 3 bikes on the roof.

Has anyone got recommendations for good setups that aren't an absolute fortune?

Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

Mikael Forsell

He looked really good at times but was unlucky with injuries and prior to that had to compete with Zola, Gudjohnsen, Hasselbaink, Tore Andre Flo and Chris Sutton. Not the easiest task.

Had a season at Birmingham where he was absolutely on fire though and scored some quality goals.
