Display burns away into darkness, PC itself boots up and works so it isn't a software or some other hardware issue. Display sometimes works and sometimes doesn't, occasionally all it takes is for me to turn it off and on with the power button and that's it, other times the burning into nothingness persists and can last days.

This is an inbuilt I got for university considering my actual pc is just too big to have around practically, but due to that I don't know my way around as much. Dell Model is Inspiron 7700 AIO

I'm assuming this is the work of the Display cable, would be nice to know some fixes if they exist or whether it's worth taking to the repair shop.
