Hey guys! I'm from Guruvayoor.

We have a pet dog and we need to renew his license. We had the collar with his license number but it is now not visible at all. What else can we do to renew it?

Or should I get a new one only as the license is expired before 6-7 months itself. Will I be fined for not renewing it on time?

KSmart app and website is also not working for past one month. In Internet, it shows online method but nothing is actually working.

Can you guys help me with this?
