Newer femboy looking for tips T-T

Hey, this is my first post so please bear with me through this.

So, I'm a somewhat newer femboy and there are still many questions I have and probably will have in the future. Just for a little like biological information, I'm about 5'10 or 5'11 and I weigh around 135lbs.

One of the main questions I have is: what workout routine should I do at home? I don't really have access to actual weights or even a gym for that matter, so knowing which ones to do would help. As of the moment, I've been doing 3 sets of 45 squats with maybe like 10lbs added weight. I really want to start working on the inner thigh to fill my thigh gap and the front of my thighs, since its not really soft there, but any help is definitely appreciated since I still need lots of help through this.

Next, how do I make my masculine clothing feel ever so slightly more feminine? I have a lot of hoodies and sweatpants, along with some zip up jackets and t-shirts. Most of my clothing are neutral colors (Black, white, gray) so that will be something to take into account. Also, I can't buy any new clothing without judgement (single person so can't say its for a partner) so yeah that too.

Lastly, how do I make my skin softer/just look better in general. I don't really have an option to go buy skincare stuff, and my skin has always been a little bumpy on my legs (probably a skin condition I don't know about.) And ESPECIALLY with my face. I've always struggled with acne and a rather mean looking face (that's the best I can describe it) but I'm not aiming for that, I want to actually look like I'm more feminine than an angry man.

Sorry if most of this isn't clear, I'm not good with explaining stuff at all. But, any and all help is appreciated!
