Cannot solve 2 week PC Crash.

MSI Tomahawk Z790 ddr4 32gb RAM
(New) 1200e Corsair PSU
4080 Super MSI
Samsung 2tb SSD
Two weeks now I am battling random BSOD forcing my PC to restart. Unexpected_store_exception, and some kernel error too. I’ve been diagnosing this for two weeks on my free time.
-Fresh windows
-DDU + drivers (without Nvidia app)
-MemTest86
-new PSU
-undervolt 13900k
-I am on updated bios
-XMP on/off
-Intel drivers etc
-single ssd got rid of second one and reinstalled windows again
Up until this I built this system 3 years ago without any issues at all always ran perfect. Out of nowhere started getting crashes. I thought I finally figured it out as seeing a SSD that didn’t have windows installed show as a windows boot drive somehow. Figured oh there we go. Fresh install, remove old ssd, install windows on single. Nope. Maybe undervolt? Nope. I cannot figure this out and would love some help on this. Also to note this crash can happen 3x in a row, go days without crashing, play games for hours and hours without any issues, or just randomly boot windows and almost instantly crash. I can’t replicate when it does it.
