Ranked needs a system that rewards utility
I feel like ranked is unfairly skewed towards duelists/getting kills. One of the primary things that effects the amount of RR you gain per game and your hidden MMR is ACS. The ACS formula is as follows: 1 point per 1 damage dealt, points for kills (150 for the first, decreasing with more enemies alive), and 25 points for non-damaging assists (smokes, flashes, stuns). It doesn't account for utility usage, spike plants, defuses, (basically every other thing that wins games besides kills/assists). This lead to duelists and agents like Clove/Chamber getting picked a large majority of the time by ranked grinders. You can check the radiant leaderboard, almost every person on there exclusively plays a duelist or Clove/Chamber. I feel like there should be some sort of system that rewards utility based agents at the same level as it does for fragger type agents. It feels 10x harder to grind the ranks on anything other than the aforementioned fragging agents.
