Couple of weeks ago i asked if i should cosplay gangle for the movie since i was kinda unsure about it, and after thinking a while about which should i do i ended up deciding to cosplay gangle from episode 4, this is what i have at the time, its still in process so i could change some things in the future, im still doing the mask so its still unfinished, thank yall who told me wasnt weird to cosplay gangle if i wasnt a woman, your comments were pretty nice and some of them actually pretty helpful, shoutout to my workplace who provided the pin and the shoes, feel free to give feedback if you guys want to

Hello everyone, i was looking for stuff related to how to escalate on my work and i ended up finding this reddit and i thought would be nice to ask people over here, im currently 19 and a junior attendant, i have been working for almost 6 months and im waiting to become senior on a few weeks, heres the thing, initially i entered to a fast food chain on my country (brasil) as just a short period work but happens that im actually enjoying working there, and i wanna actually escalate on it, and im looking for some advice since the store managers have noticed that since a few weeks i have been working harder than before, being more fast on the areas i must cover during the day, helping, asking questions about how things work to my supervisors and doing all i can, but i still feel isnt enough and i can do even more, for some more info from all my coworkers im the only junior that actually wanna become something more than just a senior, if you guys could give me some tips to how to work better and how could i actually show more to my high ranks that i would really like to be someone important for the store since the most important role that i currently have (if it counts) is being the stores translator for tourists, if you ask me i think im doing a good work for now, during all the time i have been working there i havent missed a single day at work, im puntual, i try to keep my coworkers moral high and give to the customers the best service i can so if you guys who have been through more than i and finally reached a managing role could give me some tips about how to be better i would really appreciate it, if you guys are curious about it my current goal is to escalate from junior attendant (current role) to at least assistant manager (lowest managing role)
