OLED recommendations

Hey Guys. Im not too familiar or understand the differences in the OLEDs. All i know is that i want one. Im looking at Memoryexpress Website and Best Buy (they are very good with price match and beat most prices in my area). There are these 2 that are very simulator but completely different prices. Im looking to spend up to around 850, pref less but will pay more if it makes sense. These are the 2 cheapest ones in my area.

I got Hacked real bad?

I agreed to try this Game out and completely fucked myself. I changed most passwords, reinstalled Windows. I cant post images but the website was PlayDungonFlux its a Coop Twin stick Shooter. The Guy got into my Discord and was holding my Information for Randsom. He send me a screen shot of him logged into my Google Account and my Family Contact information. Then i kept getting Calls from the UK. Checking now the website no longer exists :(
