1. Have someone check the voice levels of the callers before they join the stream.
2. Callers need to have their questions written out before calling. Perhaps have a follow up question written out too. Be concise. Callers NEED TO PREPARE WELL BEFORE calling in to keep the show rolling well.
3. Metaloid: you need to focus. Use step 2. Do not say "do you remember what I said about X or Y last week". Just say what you want to say. Say more with less words by preparing better. No one wants to hear a monologue, it's boring. Write every question down verbatim, don't stray from the script. Edit it down to as few words as possible.
