Suggestion for future Lib&Learn guest - David

This kid is 20 years old, and a LIBERAL. He's not audience captured like Dean and even Parker became, at least not yet!

He's been on Unfuck America and Jubilee. He's getting known for not holding back in debates, which is refreshing! Maybe he's just too young, but he does have a lot of passion clearly (can be cringe, but his Donald Trump impression is on point, and it's just a lot of energy). Maybe he also has different background from other tiktokers debaters? Lots of questions to ask to get to know him better on the podcast!

We've seen so much madness and disaster from the Trump administration over the past couple of weeks and the left isn't talking about it

Because they're too fucking busy doing hasan discourse again.

The administration is failing miserably in Iran and making a laughing stock out of our military. This is been one of the most embarrassing defeats maybe ever in our history.

They are treating our active duty service members like worthless pieces of shit and have them in terrible conditions due to their utter incompetence and carelessness.

The Navy is going to he remodeling their ships to make them have an aesthetic that Trump likes.

Trump is significantly reducing military support to South Korea because he supposedly has a great relationship with the most evil, authoritarian man in the world and because he pouted like a child that North Korea declined to help us in Iran....even though he said he fucking told them we don't "need" the help.

The regarded MMR vaccine changes are going to be catastrophic.

We've had several massive food supply contaminations due to the administration cutting safety regulations, and we're likely going to have many more.

And much more.... but I guess none of this matters amymore because we have to do our little influencer wars

So I just got a "push poll" in a swing state - its f'd up

I'm answering all their stuff, then when he knew who I'd vote for he asked 3 more questions.

Does it make you less or more likely to vote for your candidate if:

You knew he wanted illegal immigrants to come and immediately get social security cards and government benefits?

You knew he was in favor of letting trans-women into girls bathrooms?

You knew he wanted to raise taxes and make the life of working class citizens harder.

My candidate DOES NOT support these things!

Of course I said I strongly agree each would increase my likelihood of voting for them, because I saw how fucked up these questions were, but if pollsters are calling people to see who their voting for and smearing their candidate with the last questions how is this not affecting the electorate by a point or two? Or more?

It's like a personal political conversation designed to denigrate your candidate via a survey.

This is so fucked up.

“Liberals” telling you to solely focus on Trump and avoid punching the authoritarian left are only helping MAGA/DSA. It’s a strategy to undermine democrats.

Here’s an example:

Account is followed by prominent liberal media figures with 134k followers.

BIO is solely focused on fighting the Republican Party and improving the democrats: “We know the Republican Party is bad. The Democratic Party should be better. Pushing to the left and punching to the right, no matter who's standing there.”

It is very inviting for normie democrats to follow.
Important to recognize the msg here is “punching to the right”

Let’s pretend it’s your normie lib friend or a family member who happens to hate Trump, what are they exposing themselves to by giving this type of msging a follow, which is possible because account is pretending to fight republicans. Welp, it’s constant dembad, moderates evil, fascist establishment etc rhetoric. Thats it. I’ve scrolled thru and didn’t see anything too terrible about MAGA.

True - “we all know Republican Party is bad”

However, when libs say it, other libs attack them for even a mere idea of applying pressure on the authoritarian left instead of MAGA.

My personal speculation:

  1. We never question ourselves whether fellow liberals can grift until recently
  2. It feels coordinated when left gets pressured, liberal media figures start to actively undermine those efforts.
  3. It’s impossible to track foreign actors influence currently in our political media. Plus, betting websites allow create incentive for foreign actors to participate in the US political media ecosystem more than ever.
  4. How impossible is for “liberal” media figures to prioritize self-interest and growth over ideological battles. At the end of the day they could be telling themselves that all they do is “swaying democrats a little bit to the left, it’s always been the case”. “Obama was called a socialist too”.
  5. “DSA/Communists aren’t winning” is a derail - but they are actively starting to occupy local governmental positions and liberal orgs (example: Women Caucus of young democrats views: AOC, Ilhan Omar and Rashida Tlaib as their role models. None of them mention Kamala Harris or Hillary Clinton, only one Black person mentioned Michelle Obama)

Objective fact: Authoritarian left only punches “the right”, but since most of them (people in the positions of power) are at least socialists that means; Progressives, Liberals, moderates, center-left and centrists, are the ones they’ll be punching.
They know MAGA is dying and they’re working tirelessly to capture leverages of power to push liberals out.

They don’t wanna be challenged and everyone who doesn’t want you to challenge them is not your friend.

Dan Saltman's latest video evidence

I remember that Hutch dedicated a week (or more) to investigate shock collargate "incident" on Hasan's stream (which I couldn't follow at the time because I didn't have the courage to...). Dan just released this video, which looks to me like very good evidence, that he put together, and news media should definitely use it :P

DSA Co-Chairs Refuse to Criticize Cuba for 10 Excruciating Minutes

https://youtu.be/wHz3l-LzsB8?t=655&is=hnpScBM7RRa5WRun

Legendary Univision news anchor Jorge Ramos and his daughter had both DSA Co-Chairs, Megan Romer and Ashik Siddique, on their podcast to chat about the rise of the DSA in the 2025-2026 election season. Featured here is nearly 10 full minutes of both co-chairs turning themselves into pretzels to avoid the question and criticize the US - including an honestly embarrassing retelling of the Bangladesh 70s coup and 90s revolution.

These are not serious people. We have some of the best educated, politically active members of society leading an ill-defined and poorly understood organization based entirely on vibes and one-dimensional campism. Whether they are growing or just loud or whatever, the DSA continues to be a vocal and massively popular movement and its core constituents have melted their own brains such that they cannot even acknowledge reality when given friendly platform after friendly platform.

CATO institute analyzed the DSA platform. It will cost 200 trillion

> The DSA platform claims that the bill for all this will be sent to “the richest individuals and corporations.” Tally up that bill, and it ballparks between $71 trillion and $212 trillion in new spending over the next decade. Confiscating every dollar of high-end wealth and corporate profits would cover only a fraction of those costs. The DSA agenda necessitates high taxes on middle-class Americans.

Incredible. DSA can’t even do simple math. This would consume 92% of the American economy.

But we all know their answer will be “cancel all military spending”

Trust in democracy

As it turns out, the DSA is not the threat to democracy that some people claimed they were. The doomposting was all for nothing.

Now, let’s all get out there and do the necessary work to win in November.

I don’t think this is going to go well…

I could see Amazon just pulling out completely. There are tons of businesses that operate in this manner.
