Looking for a woman to take over my room for the summer!
The Details:
• Available: June 1st-5th – September (Perfect for summer classes or internships!)
• Rent: $530/month
• Location: Right near 33rd & Spring Garden (Super close to Drexel's campus and transit!)
• Room: Private 1 bedroom. Can come with a bed included, or I can remove it if you have your own furniture!
• Utilities: Split evenly among roommates.
The Space & Roommates:
You’ll be sharing the 4-bed, 1.5-bath apartment with three amazing roommates. It’s a great, friendly environment, so we are looking for another female-identifying roommate to keep the dynamic comfortable for everyone.
