Heard about the recent news of ₹1000 Cr. data centre investment in Vaishnodevi area.

Is this true, any official confirmation?

If so, then wouldn't it cause water, noise, and temperature issues in the surrounding area ?

Moreover the area does not seem to be properly managed due to heavy traffic.
