Hi all!

I’m relatively new to warhammer, and DAs are going to be my first real army.

I’ve started painting some intercessors but I’m struggling for base ideas. I want something interesting, not just the plain black bases they come on. Initially I was thinking mud and grass like the forest floors of Caliban, but obviously that planet no longer exists.

I’ve seen some really cool pre-made bases, but they can run expensive for a full army. Ideally I’d like something I could do myself

Any ideas or inspiration pics would be massively appreciated!
