Trying to unlock the crippling mod to craft it. I spent 31,500k caps on 21 crippling box mods. Dicounted by 50% thankfully. Scrapped them all 1 by 1. Nothing unlocked. 30k caps wasted. Guess Ill have try again in a day or 2 when I can recoup my loses. This game sometimes can be so unfair.
