I'm doing a project that requires two posters, so through the CVS online printing service I ordered two 24x36 posters, it was only later that I realized that I accidentally realized I inputted the wrong email. I wasn't signed into a CVS account, but it's no big deal because I could just call customer service to explain the situation.
I call four separate times, the stupid AI doesn't even understand me and keeps repeating itself and then tells me that it's too busy because of "holiday season", Ok! I try one more time, I get through to someone, I explain everything, they transfer me to someone else, who then transfers me to someone else, who then starts to transfer me to someone else, until another AI tells me that I should call them during business hours and just hangs up the phone.
I just wanted posters, I hadn't even paid for them yet, I just wanted to fix my email!
