Hello, my PC has an issue where it says “we can't sign into your account this problem can often be fixed by signing out”. My PC was running fine but froze and when i restarted it, it had this screen. I followed a video saying to remove the temp profile and restart it, that didn’t work so i attempted to make a new local account however it wouldn’t let me.

Other things I recall trying were reverting to a restore point, trying to sign in while running in safe mode, trying to update the pc, trying to uninstall latest update (both feature and quality update did not let me uninstall). Probably forgetting some other things I tried.
