New and need help with custom patterns

I'm fairly new to sewing, to the point of I have a sewing machine but I hand sew everything because I don't know how to use my machine.

Anyways, I want to make my own pattern for a Rocky (from PHM) plush. My current idea is to sculpt it in aluminum foil and then masking tape it and cut the tape off and have my pattern that way. (I'm open to easier ways if available)

But I'm struggling with figuring out how I'm going to size the pattern up so I can make the plush however big as I want. Any ideas?

Not looking for advice, just opinions

Background: I am a cane user due to my legs being weak and my entire body fatiguing easily. I have had problems with light headedness and near fainting (I get the symptoms and then just suffer and not actually faint). But as the years pass my fatigue and weakness has gotten worse and I have gone to PT for it and they didn't diagnose me and the exercises they didn't do much to help, I was in PT for a little shy of a year before they just said I'm done with PT.

Anyways I am planning on going to a pride festival with some friends but currently debating what I should do so I can enjoy it for longer. My cane will help yes, but it only gives me an extra hour or two and I know we'll be at the festival for longer than that. So I was debating on either renting a wheelchair or buying a rollator to see if that makes a difference for me. I think my only other issue is that resting doesn't do much for me, if anything it makes my pain hit me faster, so if I did the rollator I'd have to be sitting a lot to make sure I don't really give myself a chance to fatigue too much.

Kinda just want opinions on if I should do one or the other, or don't and just push through it and only use my cane.
