Hello everyone! As the title says, I'd be moving with my partner (28 and 30 yo MTF) to Norway by the end of this year due to my job. We're both trans and we've been on hormones (estradiol valerate) for almost 10 years in my case and around 7 years my partner.

We both pass as women, we both have every document changed to our correct gender. We live happily as women nowadays. However, I'm concerned about getting our hormones in Norway, as I know nothing about their healthcare system. Will this be a problem?

I mean, we could perfectly go to any doctor, tell them we are women and need these hormones. But they'll ask for our medical documents and we being trans will probably be put on the table. Do public healthcare cover this and are they willing to prescribe it? Is it easy to get the hormones through the private way? Are they expensive?

Thanks for your time and answers!
