The postal service marked the package as "delivered" by mistake, and because of that, AliExpress finalized the order. It turns out the package hadn't even arrived in my city yet. They told me they would look for the package and let me know what happened. Today they informed me that it was lost in transit. I kept the seller updated on what happened, and they said they would resend the product if it was lost. I let them know that the postal service officially declared it lost. They haven't responded yet, but I wanted to know what documents or information I should send the seller so they know I'm not lying. I'm very sad; this has never happened to me before, and I was really looking forward to that Wriothesley figurine.
