So I'm new to Warhammer 40K and I've chosen the Space Wolves as my preferred faction.

This might be too specific but:

1.) Would Wolf Guard Head Takers ever serve in the Deathwatch?

and

2.) If so, would they retain and be allowed to wear any wargear from their home chapter? (such as helms, armor, weapons, etc)
