Hello! I'm having a problem with my minecraft realm. Yesterday evening, I renewed it via MCPE and until now it still reflects that it is expired. I have sent tickets to the minecraft help support. They replied that I have to send them a picture of my receipt after the purchase. I have sent it to the emails, but if I try to send another ticket with a corresponding attachment with it (my receipt) in a png, jpg, and jpeg format it wouldn't send/ load. I am getting pretty desperate in resolving this. Please give me some advice. Thank you!
