Wireless charging bay 2022 ultimate

I have recently bought a used 2022 ultimate and although I love it, there are a couple of things I hope people in this group can help with…
Wireless charger - I am finding it nigh on impossible to get my phone to stay charging, is this something others have struggled with? I put it on in the middle and only when angled does it charge. Once the phone slips down due to gravity, the light flashes and it disconnects - any innovative solutions?
The seat belts don’t retract so well when I unbuckle after a drive, is this a common issue and is there a simple solution?
When on motorways, the lane assist and auto steer are great. When I got back off motorway and into town, steer assist was still on and I had to fight it. Has this happened to users before? Isn’t it supposed to disengage at low speeds?
