Just bought a Osmo Pocket 4 today after accidently breaking my Osmo Pocket 3, and I require to film in 1:1 as I film for Instagram, and YouTube at the same time, and 1:1 Film Ratio is super convenient for it.
But I'm greeted with only portrait or landscape on the newer model of the Osmo Pocket? I'm paying a larger premium for less features? Anyone else annoyed by this fact?
Don't get me wrong the Osmo Pocket is awesome I love it, super good video, super convenient, and just a great camera. But seeing that they removed a feature on a newer camera is just disappointing. A feature that I heavily rely on.
So until they release an update to return 1:1, I'll be returning the pocket 4 and getting the Osmo Pocket 3 again.
Is it just me? Is there a way to film in 1:1 on the Osmo Pocket 4?
