Brightness Regulation no longer working
Hi!
Ever since i last updated Windows im no longer able to change the brightness at all. As in, the Option to toggle it is no longer there, Nighmode toggle doesnt work as well and i suspect that windows no longer recognizes the hardware/software that makes it possible to alter brightness.
Ive tried to update drivers and the guides i found just didnt work. i tried a rollback of the last windows version but it seems im still in the same one i was before idk.
Anyways im confused.
Specs/info (please tell me if i forgot something):
- Win 11 Pro Version 25H2
- OS Build: 26200.8328
- Processor: AMD Ryzen 7 PRO 5850U with Radeon Graphics (1.90 GHz)
- GPU: Microsoft Basic Render Driver (apparently there is none installed??)
- Lenovo T14s
Attempted recent changes and stuff:
- Windows Rollback
- Updating drivers (at this point im not sure which ones i tried to update)
- External application Twinkle Tray
- it says the following: No compatible displays found. Please check "DDC/CI" is enabled for your display.
- I kinda didnt find the option but probably didnt search well enough
- Tried updating drivers through Lenovo Service Bridge Setup, that shouldve worked
is there anything i forgot? Please tell me if i did
