Is this repairable? At home

It's an Epiphone C40 classical guitar from around 1996. It was my moms and she left it in a dry top corner of her closet and my grandparents house, so it was very dry and dusty. Not only that, but either her or her brother restrung it with acoustic steel strings (I've taken them off).

I've already checked and had it taken to a repair shop. They say that the rest of the guitar is alright but it'll still cost around 400 dollars to repair and I'd rather try myself if possible.

The damage is on the bridge, as visible, it kinda broke through the guitar and half of it lifted off. So do any of y'all think it's repairable?
