What are your guys' favorite locations, denizens, oaths, and suits (adding for the chronicle) to use for the maintaining a powerful empire? Best combinations of site and denizens? Denizens and Oaths? Good suits that benefit the chancellor? Etc.?
Gambling hall entered our deck recently after many centuries under a tyrannical rule, and it's a bit confusing. Do you add up just the single shields, total shields, or shields and the modifiers like when defending? The card isn't super clear, and though it seems to imply that you use the modifiers as well, that seems really broken (spending two favor and potentially getting back like 14??).
