Any freshers here who recently joined TTEC in India (especially Ahmedabad) for chat/customer support?

I gave an interview about a month ago and I’m a bit confused about the salary and training details. I heard that the pay after training is quite low, which surprised me.

Can someone who recently went through the process confirm:

- Is the training paid or unpaid?

- How long does the training usually last?

- What is the in-hand salary for freshers?

- Any bond or conditions?

Would really appreciate honest answers from recent candidates 🙏
