Hi! so 4 months ago i bought an abs prebuilt pc from newegg and i've been having these little issues that kept piling up until now. I talked about it with a friend who's knowledgeable and we've run out of options so i'm posting here to see if i can get a new perspective on the matter.
So for a rough timeline of events:
First it was soundcloud making the screen black for half a second when i'd close the tab on my browser, then youtube would lag and eventually freeze my browser if i played any video at or above 1080p, working in blender would sometimes result in the whole os running really slow necessitating a restart and now all my games have random frame drops every so often with it seemingly not being caused by thermal throttling or something else clogging up cpu/gpu usage.
What i have tried:
Doing a clean reinstall of the video drivers using ddu
Doing a reinstall of windows (through the settings menu)
Swapping out my ram sticks
Disabling windows game bar
Turning off hardware acceleration on discord and browser
Scanning for any malware
Disabling Bluetooth and wifi
