We are located in Sacramento just to give an idea of location.
We are adding a wall in the middle of a room at my wife’s office to spilt into two rooms essentially. It’s a non load bearing wall.
The size of the wall will be 10’x10’ sheet rocked with 5/8” and insulated. There is existing drop ceiling in the room at 8’ height.
Their quote says they will anchor the bottom, and the top will anchor to the beam above the ceiling tile. This also includes tape and mud and texture to the wall and re installing the ceiling t bar to match on each side. Paint is being supplied by us and done by them.
Also adding baseboards to each side, 20’ total.
Total 🟰 4,800 $.
Looks like 1800$ in materials and 3,000$ in labor.
