Red, itchy patches on crown with flakes, looking for advice/treatment options
Hey everyone, I could really use some advice on this. About two months ago, I started getting these red spots right on my crown (pic attached). What's weird is that they are completely isolated to just that one specific spot; the rest of my scalp is totally fine. They get pretty itchy every now and then, and I’ve noticed some flakes forming around them sometimes too. I started using Ketozol shampoo twice a week about a month ago to see if it would help, but I'm still dealing with it. Has anyone dealt with something similar? What else can I do to treat this effectively, and if you’ve managed to clear yours up, how long did it take to finally go away? Any help is really appreciated!
