im so sick of placing orders from Nykaa and not receiving them on the promised time. EVERY TIME!
I would get the message for out for delivery and by the end of the day, I would get the message that it couldn't get delivered as I wasn't available. like hello??? you didn't even try to call me. I know it might be the fault of the delivery people, but still I've raised this to Nykaa several times telling that they should implement stricter rules while partnering w them or just give me the date that they'll actually be delivering. and they go, yeah sure you're right, we will take care of it.
and then it happens again. at this point, i'll be surprised if Nykaa delivers my order timely ever.
