CST Ruck Marches

I’ve never been the best at rucking but I just practice another one ending at 1 hr 47 seconds (6mi). Must say, the hills I went up will be nothing compared to Knox but it was more continuous and over 4-5 hills (attached are some visuals). Any advice for 5’2 female? I always heard stride but then others say it’s bad for the body. Just want to see what will help me push through while mentally keeping myself afloat. If I could run the whole thing I would lol!

Any kind suggestions would be nice! Especially from shorter people!

50 PTS Minimum

It is almost my time for CST. I’m excited but more nervous than anything. I’m an average cadet and just want to do my best and most importantly, pass. Even if that means I am average compared to others. I’m staying guard so I just want to do the definition of what best means to me. But, I’m nervous about this 50 point minimum criteria. What if I try my best and still don’t get the points? Things I am certain I may not get points on is marksmanship and land nav practical as I’ve never been good at those events. But I have trained for land nav on basics so I plan to go out there and find points. Either way, will cadre see cadets trying and help? Or are they trying to kick people out that aren’t tactically proficient

PCOS Understanding

Hello everyone! I need help understanding my lab results. To start off I was on my cycle during this lab examination so I am not sure if this plays a part. To add, I have periods every month though they are seven days long. All of my bloodwork came back normal for my hormones and insulin level as well. Anyhow, my ovaries were enlarged:

Right ovary: ~11.3 cm³
Left ovary: ~12.2 cm³

Does this mean I am infertile? I’m just confused because how could my hormones be “functioning” but ovaries not.
