I've heard so much about your infamous bread in plastic bags. But I've never heard anything about your bakeries and their options?

I'm Scandinavian and I love bread. Bread is my life lol. Bakery bread /home made with whole barley grains, oats etc., which is super duper moist... and will mold within 36 hours. I get the need to increase shelf life, but I wonder what your options are?

1: how is the bakery culture in America, and do they sell this kind of bread? Other types of bread?

2: what role does bread have in your life?😆

This is purely out of curiosity regarding bread culture, because I find it very funny and interesting!
