I’m trying to create an Alibaba account. I’ve never had one before, I didn’t break any rules and my details are 100% correct. I’m getting the message “We’ve temporarily locked your account to keep it secure” when I try to verify my mobile phone number.

The FAQ section is useless and there’s no live agent to assist me. I’ve tried two different emails and it doesn’t work. Does anybody know how can I overcome this please? Thank you

Hi folks, I’m looking at creating an Etsy store to sell handcrafted jewellery. I’ve read online that the algorithm requires consistency and people recommend to post as frequent as possible. The problem is I don’t have 300 products to posts in one go, or even once every 3 days.

Could I start with say 6 listings? How often should I keep posting? What can I do to keep the algorithm happy after listing all I have?

I’m very well aware it will take a long time before I make a sell and I’m prepared for that. But not sure how to make the store look active with only a few listings initially. Thanks a lot
