does anyone have this or similar to it? I was looking at possibly getting it for my gen 3 but just wanted recommendations first thanks

seen this comes with the standard 4 kit but wanting to know if there’s a way Im able to buy this anyway separately? I’m from Australia or would I have to buy the 100Mbps plan to be able to get it thanks.
