One month into patch and progesterone pill. Week one slept great, week two added in sertraline, week three and four sleep is even worse. WTH. Other than sleeping in a freezer I’m out of ideas, ladies. Increase patch and pill? Reaching out to doc. Tomorrow. Shit- today🤦🏻‍♀️
