I’m currently getting my OF payouts converted to CAD through my bank, but I just made a Paxum account so I can receive my payouts in USD and hopefully avoid the OF conversion fees. I bank with Scotia and was thinking of doing OF → Paxum USD → Scotia USD account, then converting to CAD separately. Has anyone else figured out the cheapest way to do this? 👀 Would love to hear what you guys are actually doing / what’s worked best for you, especially if you’re making larger payouts. Trying to avoid losing a bunch of money to conversion fees 😭

I met a guy on vacation and we rlly clicked, i went to dinner with him & his mom & told them i do content creation - his mom was talking about having me visit them in Hawaii to shoot stuff for her brand….lol😩 Now hes texted me & asked for socials & wants to see my “professional” videos and I’m not sure how to handle it LOL. Do you tell people early on, wait until things get serious, or explain it once you start liking them? What would you do in my situation?

My boyfriend and I are coming Aug 24–31, and are mainly looking for a relaxing trip - pool days, good food, drinks, and some exploring. We’ll probably rent a car for a couple days for things like Joshua Tree.

I booked villa royale**,** but I’m second guessing because there are so many options. I’ve been looking at boutique hotels like Fleur Noire, Hotel California, Les Cactus, & la maison. For example, Hotel California is about $600 cheaper for the same dates, so I’m wondering if Villa Royale is really worth the extra cost.

Also any first time Palm Springs recommendations for restaurants, activities, or things we shouldn’t miss would be greatly appreciated! Thank you 😊
