I got the financial aid offer from UT Austin already, but I have not received any decision. Does this mean I already got accepted or it just nothing???

I’m currently a freshman at UT Dallas, though I’m classified as a sophomore by credit. I have maintained a 4.0 GPA and gained research lab experience during my first year. What are my chances of successfully transferring?
