Coping with vaginal changes after children?

I feel like my vagina looks disgusting after kids. It’s not as tight. My husband hasn’t said anything negative but I noticed I queef a lot more now And I hate it. I assume it’s because I’m loose and getting air trapped in there, especially when we do doggy style. I’m so self conscious now that I am boring in bed. I don’t want him looking at it and I don’t want to do certain positions because of my queefs. How can I fix this ?

Rude G.I. doctor and nurses? Has anyone else dealt with this?

My husband has severe pancolitis. Our options on doctors are limited in this area, we live in a pretty rural area, and the closest GI doctor to us is Texarkana, who is notorious for horrid healthcare. They took forever to call my husband‘s biologic in while he was in the middle of a horrible flare. He was rapidly losing weight and passing blood, and they still didn’t care to do anything for him. They finally got his biologic called in and he did decent up until this past couple of weeks. He called to report his symptoms and try to get an appointment, and they couldn’t get him in until like three months away. The nurse finally called back last week and told him to report back on Friday with his symptoms. Friday rolls around his symptoms are the same, and he calls to tell her that. She then informed him that the doctor is in scopes all day and so she won’t be able to return his call because he’s busy… why did she ask him to call back Friday if she knew he would be in scopes and that she wouldn’t even be able to get back with him until after the weekend? They finally called him today and said they called him in a steroid. The nurse was incredibly rude to my husband and anytime he ask questions she acts like it puts her out to answer anything. I don’t like them treating my husband like this when he is in a flare and he’s vulnerable as it is. It’s so wrong to treat patients like a nuisance. Are they all like this? ( they are always extremely dismissive and rude but this incident made me really mad , I’m sick of it ).
