I need an employment verification form filled out by an employer that I stopped working with two years ago. Do I need to take it directly to my old boss or sent it to HR? If I need to send it to HR, do I use the envelope they gave me to do that?
I feel so bad. I was up to 3 am this morning, and barely got 3 hours max the day before. I was so tired and I barely remember feeding baby throughout the night. Honestly, I'm just really thankful I managed to get him back into the bassinet. This morning my brain fog was so bad, I couldn't figure out why he was crying so much. Then I realized that his diaper was super full. Poor baby was just uncomfortable, he fell right to sleep when I got him in a clean diaper.
I had my son almost 4 weeks ago. Before him I vaped a bit, and my last puff was 4 months into pregnancy, when I gave in. During pregnancy the sound and smell of my partners vape made me sick. I am now breastfeeding and it's getting really difficult to not want to do it. It's so bad I researched the effects of nicotine and vaping on breast milk and considered switching to formula feeding. I want to feel like my old self again after being someone else for the last 10 months.
