ADHD Help

hi yall! as the caption states -- need some help from my adhd pals. I have been super hyperfixated (go figure) on finding a planner to start using. I know the best one for ADHD is one that I will use -- and need to just go with it. I love a smaller planner (i write tiny which is helpful) for the compactfullness and ease of bringing it places. I also am a big list/to do list person. i recently tried the trending index box and enjoyed the concept and cards and such, but did not like the bulkyness of the box and bringing it places. i need to be able to bring it with my easily, or it will sit on my desk and i won't use it. anyone have any recs? Prefer an A5/A6...ideally something with the option to be undated (ADHD lol) so that if I forget a few days or a week or two, I don't feel like there's wasted real estate.

Thanks yall!

Return To Work Question

Return To Work Question

Hi All! I am having surgery on 8/27. I am taking the full week off next week, and then I am starting a new job (which I'm stoked about) on 9/8. The first 2 days will be in person, about 1.5 hours from me. They've graciously offered to cover my lodging given my distance. It's an office setting, mostly onboarding, so no strenuous activities. They are also aware of me getting surgery, as it delayed my start date. Any tips you'd recommend as far as making those two days as easy as possible before heading back home?
