I wanted to buy something for my daughter's birthday. I have tried contacting the seller via message and email. Weeks passed. My daughter's birthday is in 2 days. The seller is in Europe and I'm in the USA. He ships to the USA, is not on vacation, and answered a random other redditor almost immediately. What's going on here? I have never said a single offensive thing to him.

Is this bad customer service or messages all failing? I'm 70! Ish. Not 100% online literate. 🫣

Is Eugene doing alright? Does anyone know? I've sent him an email through customer service contact on his website, no reply. Then I tried asking a question on one of his incense on Etsy, direct to his Etsy messages. I want to order for my daughter's birthday, but if Eugene has stopped selling or something happened to him...well, I'm worried about him.

I can just give my daughter EverestTrader incense, she likes that. Her favorite is Dravidian Temple and Balsamic Amber though, and Bhagwan is the only place with those.
