Clinical Education Specialist 2nd inteview tips. -RN with no industry experience

Hey guys! I've been an RN for a decade with majority of experience in the CCU and neuro ICU and have an interview with the the VP of sales for a newer medical device company that heavily focused in the area that I live in. Any tips? I've never been in the device space or education space before though I can speak on my education that I provide to other nurses and patients as a nurse. Any specific tips on what the VP of sales would be asking VS HR. (Already had the interview with the HR manager. Do you think it's a good sign that I'm interviewing with VP of sales? The recruiter told me the company wants her to be hands off and that I should email them saying I completed everything and when I did they initiated this follow up. ANY advice from this in this role? especially former RN's? How do you like it compared to bedside? Did anyone try and then go back to bedside? Are you always on site at the hospital or do you do a lot of remote work/emails? I'd be taking a pay cut for this role because I live in a HCOL state but they spoke about commission. How exactly is that tracked and how can you be successful in this role.

A lot of questions, I know! But ANY information is helpful. Thanks in advance!

RN with Expunged Misdemeanor, issued a citation from the BRN in CA. Should I appeal or be grateful?

Just curious. I was arrested for suspicion of DUI and eventually plead down to an exhibition of speed. I later got the case expunged. I disclosed it during my renewal date and forgot to disclose it immediately after getting the conviction. Sometime after disclosure my case was expunged. My bac was 0.08 and an accident was involved.

Just got a letter in the mail and I'm being issued a citation without a fine. From my understanding they can't take action against an expunged case. My sister said this is the best case scenario ever and I didn't even get a fine. However I was wondering if it's possible to appeal and get the citation removed? Do citations accumulate? They did say that I don't have to disclose this to my employer and it won't show up on my license or anything and it'll be removed from the file after 3 years. I'm allowed to appeal though. Should I bother?

Refund check mailed out 3 1/2 weeks ago and still haven’t received it.

It’s been almost 4 weeks and I still haven’t received my tax refund. Per the IRS it was mailed out for 4/17. Is there a possibility it was stolen?

REFUND CHECK MAILED OUT 3 1/2 WEEKS AGO AND STILL HAVEN’T RECEIVED IT

i’d like to know what the likelihood of this check being stolen is. I filed my taxes and per the IRS. The refund check was mailed out as of 4/17. It’s currently 5/11 and I still haven’t received my check. My parents whose refund also came by mail received it at the same address in a timely manner, and my sister who filed her taxes after me also received her refund check. I am trying to figure out why I haven’t received my tax refund and it was for a large amount as well, so I’m very concerned. IRS states I have to wait till 5/17 to initiate the trace but that can take weeks. Has anyone had their check come after 3 to 4 weeks?
