help regarding materials engineering integrated btech mtech program

hi , im planning to join this college for materials engineering as im into nanotechnology and semiconductor field . i want to learn more, research and develop in this field. right now my rank is 85k in JEE mains 2026 at 94.5%ile . i checked csab official records and this seems to be a good option i can get in round 1 as the opening rank was 50k and closing was around 95k. i have got couple other options too in this materials branch like NIT andhra, NIT srinagar, PEC chandigarh etc.

my main requirements for a college is : low to moderate fees (upto 12lac) , good decent city , good exposure , medium to decent placement packages , chances for higher studies like phd etc, freedom for side gigs, good vibrant campus with fests, good peer groups and social life. with all these requirements UoH looks best to me. however i maybe wrong and so i seek guidance.
