In the pic, I have some garlic sprouting. It’s zone 7 in mid May here. Can I plant this to conserve the clove? I’m thinking it will not grow much, but will it have enough time in the summer heat? Or is this sprouted garlic too late since no roots but sprouting?

I recently when outside of the US, and came across this brand of tea at my hotel. I thoroughly enjoyed the two varieties in the picture. Does anyone drink this brand? Do you have a place where you buy it at a reasonable price? It seems to be a dollar a bag when I look online. Willing to buy in bulk to cut cost.
