Fuel pump
My ‘22 Pan Am had a whining fuel pump so I decided to replace it myself using the Quantum fuel pump. Installation seemed pretty straightforward but now it won’t start at all. What should I be looking for that would cause this? Should I just bite the bullet and take it to the dealer now?
