I've been working with a GCC x380 for several years now with CorelDraw for designs. Worked perfectly. I left the job for a year then came back, and now it's just problem after problem. My current problem is: Lost the corel license, got a new license, now the laser won't even accept files.

The license is for the same product, the drivers install correctly, the same PC, the PC recognises the laser... but nothing reaches the other end.

I can't even really begin to imagine what may have caused this. We're running a USB-B connection, tried replacing the wire, different usb ports.. etc. Any troubleshooting tips greatly appreciated.
