I currently work as an Application Support in one of the biggest local corporations in the Philippines, but my contract will expire soon. I’m considering not renewing it and instead looking for a new opportunity. Right now, I feel a bit lost about which career path I should take next.

I only have 1 year of experience, so I’m also wondering if it’s already a good time to move to another company.

The main reasons I’m thinking of leaving are the stress and feeling underpaid in my current role.
