I have been trying to use Pronto for a few days now since Snabbit gets booked pretty quickly due to high demand. They have no chat support as of now. For 5days, I had made bookings between 11am-12pm (all bookings made in advance).
One needs to stay on line for atleast 10mins to reach the support executive. On none of the days was a service professional assigned on time. On one of the days, a professional was assigned 1hr 15mins later than scheduled time.
I have cancelled all my further bookings since it is super unreliable (atleast in my area) and might as well pay more for other services.
Has anybody else had a similar experience?

I love soupsss. Anything, everything. Manchow soup, mushroom soup with a thick texture, chicken noodle soup, tomato soup, egg drop, pumpkin ginger. I need your fav soup places to try out the best soups in Mumbai! You can be ultra-specific.
